How to Draw Simple Eyeliner with Each Types of Pencil

Eyeliner of lead

This is a great friend of rookies because of its ease of use and operation. The pencil has a long useful time and can be used instead of eyebrow pencil if needed. However, the eyeliner has poor grip, easy to float. Quite difficult to preserve due to very fast wear.

Colouration:

Using eye liner will avoid the smudge of this eyeliner.

Lifting your eyelids or stretching your eyes will make it easier for her to manipulate.

Pay more attention in the preservation. Too sharp lead can damage her eye area.

 Eyeliner in pen form

Drawing eyes like pen shape so easy to manipulate and also very dark color. Oil-based eyeliner has better grip and less smudges in moist environments. But it is also quite difficult to adjust the thickness of the eyeliner. Eyeliner brush or oil brush has a short shelf life.

Colouration:

Draw very thin lines and overlap until she has a satisfactory line.

Drawing and blotting with a thin paper towel (or oil absorbent paper) is also a way to help the eyeliner take longer.

 Eyeliner gel

The gel form is usually sold in the form of jars and specialized eye brushes. This eyeliner requires the artist to be meticulous and patient. However, this type is difficult to remove as well as easy to dry.

Colouration:

Apply very thin spots between the eyelids then connect the dots to a perfect eyeliner.

Apply a bit of eyeshadow of the same color to absorb moisture and help eyeliner gel form stick longer

Waxed eyeliner

Wax helps color up evenly and darker. However, the wax is quite brittle and also difficult to adjust the thickness of the eyeliner line because the wax head is quite durable.

 Eyeliner wax

Colouration:

Apply a little eye liner to make this type of eyeliner easier to color

Take eyeliner in layers to get the thickness and color you like.

 Eyeliner with eyeshadow

The strength of this eyeliner is its versatility. She can use eyeliner as an eye shadow. However, the eyeliner is quite difficult to use and prone to smudging in case the environment is too wet.

Colouration:

Don't forget to use a primer to moisturize your skin as well as increase its grip

Use a dedicated brush to make a path at the base of your lashes. Then continue using more brushes for more layers until desired thickness.

IMPORTANT NOTES WHEN DRAWING EYELINER

- Always apply cream to ensure eyeliner grip on the eyes as well as avoid excessive skin condition.

- Apply Mascara before drawing eyeliner. Because, the dry mascara will easily stick to the eyelids making all efforts to draw her eyes back to zero.

- Use support tools (spoon, tape) to make eyeliner 2 sides look evenly.

- Eyeliner is not necessarily equal if you have big eyes. Drawing on a thicker and thinner side will help her balance the face.

- Under the lower eye rim, do not use water eyeliner to draw on (use pencil eyeliner or chalk to draw lower eye rim)

- Do not just draw the lower eye rim, not the upper eye rim. This will cause her face to become disproportionate.

- Pay attention to the thickness of the eyeliner. If the eyeliner is too thick, the opposite will make her eyes look heavy and darker.
